I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of peoplewho have set themselves against me on every side.

1. The LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth,who has set your glory above the heavens!

2. From the lips of babes and infants you have established strength,because of your adversaries, that you might silence the enemy and the avenger.

3. When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers,the moon and the stars, which you have ordained;

4. what is man, that you think of him?What is the son of man, that you care for him?

5. For you have made him a little lower than the angels,Hebrews 2:7.and crowned him with glory and honor.

6. You make him ruler over the works of your hands.You have put all things under his feet:

7. All sheep and cattle,yes, and the animals of the field,

8. The birds of the sky, the fish of the sea,and whatever passes through the paths of the seas.

9. The LORD, our Lord,how majestic is your name in all the earth!

3. Though an army should encamp against me,my heart shall not fear.Though war should rise against me,even then I will be confident.

4. One thing I have asked of The LORD, that I will seek after:that I may dwell in The LORD's house all the days of my life,to see The LORD's beauty,and to inquire in his temple.

5. For in the day of trouble he will keep me secretly in his pavilion.In the covert of his tabernacle he will hide me.He will lift me up on a rock.

1. God is our refuge and strength,a very present help in trouble.

2. Therefore we won't be afraid, though the earth changes,though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;

3. though its waters roar and are troubled,though the mountains tremble with their swelling.Selah.
